Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven CSR & Fundraising Executive with hands-on experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and proposal development. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporates and foundations, driving funding opportunities, and strengthening the organizations long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Business Development

• Lead fundraising efforts to secure CSR and philanthropic funds from corporates, foundations, and HNIs.
• Develop and deliver persuasive funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations tailored to donor requirements.
• Create and execute annual fundraising strategies with clear targets and milestones.
• Drive renewal and upsell opportunities with existing donors through strong relationship management.

Corporate Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and engage potential corporate CSR partners aligned with the organizations thematic focus areas.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with CSR heads, foundations, and business leaders.
• Represent the organization at CSR networking events, forums, and meetings.

Donor Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate donor databases, track funding pipelines, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Prepare professional donor reports showcasing measurable outcomes and social impact.
• Coordinate internal teams (program, finance, communications) to deliver on donor expectations.

Strategic Communication

• Support the creation of impactful fundraising collateral (case studies, decks, videos, success stories).
• Contribute to donor engagement campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 13 years of proven experience in CSR fundraising, business development, or corporate partnerships (essential).

• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
