Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for global operations.
• Consolidate and analyze financial reports across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and international tax laws.

• Manage foreign exchange risks, treasury operations, and hedging strategies.
• Oversee cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global tax planning.
• Partner with banks, auditors, and regulators across countries.
• Provide financial insights to support international expansion, M&A, and strategic investments.
• Establish internal controls and standardize finance processes across geographies.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to align global strategies.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Get Hired

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• 514 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant exposure to international operations.
• Strong knowledge of global accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
• Proven expertise in foreign exchange, treasury management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and multicultural environment.
