Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development, based in Indore. The individual will spearhead the planning and execution of sales strategies, manage client relationships, oversee sales operations and lead a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer accounts, setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales teams, and identifying new avenues for business growth while ensuring alignment with the companys goals.

Qualifications

    Strong expertise in Sales and Account Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (8-10 years preffered)
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and Team Management to mentor and drive high-performing teams towards success
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in real estate, business development, or a related field is an advantage
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
