We are looking for acreative and reliable Social Media Executiveto manage the digital presence ofSG Estatesacross Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

The role includescontent creation,basic graphic design,reels/video editing, andregular coverage of site progress, events, and office activities.

This person will build SGs brand image, showcase real-time progress, and create content aligned with the companys values and leadership initiatives.

• Create daily/weekly posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
• Coversite progress, handovers, walkthroughs, events, office culture, etc.
• 
  Write captions, hashtags, and engagement-focused content.

• Manage SGs Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
• Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice.
• Respond to comments/messages professionally.
• Monitor competitor content & trends.

• Create simple graphics for posts and stories.
• Edit reels, videos, and photographs (even smartphone footage).
• Work with the outsourced agency for larger creative campaigns.

• Coordinate with project teams for:
• site updates
• milestone photos
• customer testimonials
• handover visuals
• Coordinate with HR for internal events & culture posts.
• Ensure timely approvals and posting calendars.

• Growth in followers (Instagram + LinkedIn).

• Understands brand building and visual storytelling.
