Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, for a Kaolin Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and achieving sales targets for kaolin products. The individual will also be responsible for market analysis and creating strategies for market expansion while providing consistent feedback on customer requirements and trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Market analysis, networking, and strategy formulation expertise
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Kaolin or other natural minerals is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reports, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in minerals or a related industry is advantageous
