Job Title: Finance Manager
Location:Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced finance manager to oversee statutory compliance, taxation, financial planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have expertise in TDS, GST, audits, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and dashboard creation. Proficiency in Tally and CRM systems is preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of team handling experience and excellent technical knowledge in the field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, GST, and other financial regulations.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to aid decision-making.
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards for real-time reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate audits by coordinating with auditors.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments.
  • Ensure proper accounting practices and data entry in Tally.
  • Utilize CRM tools for financial tracking and customer payment management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient operations and performance.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and statutory compliance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, audit procedures, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial forecasting tools.
  • Experience in budgeting, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Must have experience in payroll management.
