Job Description

About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Retail to lead and drive end-to-end retail operations across multiple locations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, and strengthening brand presence across offline and omnichannel retail formats.
- The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in retail operations, P&L management, store expansion, team leadership, and sales strategy execution within Lifestyle, Fashion, Retail, or D2C environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end retail operations across all store locations.
- Drive overall sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Own and manage regional/overall retail P&L and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute retail growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and revenue optimization.
- Monitor store-wise sales performance and implement corrective action plans to improve productivity.
- Oversee smooth functioning of multiple retail stores and ensure operational consistency.
- Lead new store launches, store expansion initiatives, and market development activities.
- Ensure all stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
- Standardize SOPs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across locations.
- Drive store productivity, conversion ratios, and average transaction value improvements.


- Ensure superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Build customer-centric retail practices to improve loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong brand standards, store ambiance, and retail presentation.
- Drive omnichannel and D2C retail initiatives for seamless customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store leadership teams.
- Build high-performing retail teams through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for retail teams.
- Foster a performance-driven and customer-focused culture.
- Monitor inventory planning, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Analyze inventory aging, stock movement, and sell-through metrics.
- Ensure efficient coordination between warehouses, stores, and vendors.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams for assortment planning and seasonal launches.

- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Use market insights and consumer trends to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Support digital and omnichannel transformation initiatives.
