About the Role

We are looking for a Product/ProjectTech Lead to own the day-to-day execution of an AI-driven health-tech platform that includes a consumer mobile app, requirement collection and writing a web-based doctor portal, development and QA workflows, and an ongoing clinical study.

This is a substantial hands-on execution role in addition to a people-management or CTO role. The core technology is already built and live. Your responsibility is to run delivery, improve quality, coordinate teams, and keep execution moving.

You will work closely with the founder and a US-based ProductTech Lead, while owning execution across India.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end execution for an existing health-tech product
• Sprint planning, task breakdown, and delivery tracking
• Management across:
• QA engineer
• junior product analyst
• contract/temp developers
• 
  doctor supporting the clinical study
• Product execution for:
• mobile app features
• web-based doctor portal
• internal workflows and reporting
• Clinical study execution support by:
• coordinating workflows between app, doctor portal, and QA
• ensuring data capture, documentation, and process adherence
• working with the clinical doctor to keep execution on track
• Translating high-level requirements into clear technical and product tasks
• Ensuring quality, timelines, and clarity across teams
• Acting as the single point of accountability for India execution

Required Background

• 37 years of experience in product, engineering, or delivery roles
• Experience working with:
• Mobile apps and/or web platforms
• QA and release workflows
• Strong ability to break down requirements and manage execution
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Experience working with US-based stakeholders is a strong plus

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to health-tech, wellness, or digital health products
• Experience coordinating with doctors or domain experts
• Familiarity with Agile / sprint-based delivery
• Comfort working in partially ambiguous environments
