Technical Recruiter - Intern

About the Role

SmartHive is looking for a Tech-Savvy HR Technical Intern who is passionate about modern recruitment practices and digital hiring tools. This internship is ideal for MBA final-year students or freshers who want hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing (ChatGPT), and end-to-end recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Actively source candidates using
  
  LinkedIn Recruiter tools
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Communicate with candidates regarding roles, availability, and interview schedules
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for hiring requirements
• Schedule interviews and ensure candidate participation
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and feedback
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Manage and regularly update SmartHives LinkedIn Company Page

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (HR / Talent Management) Final Year Student or Fresher
• Prior exposure or hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals
