Job Description
- Draft and Vet: Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal documents including Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, contracts, and legal notices.
- Compliance Framework: Assist in developing internal legal compliance protocols for corporate and commercial laws.
- Secretarial Documentation: Draft Board resolutions, shareholders resolutions, meeting minutes, and maintain statutory registers
- Internal Advisory: Collaborate with internal departments to advise on legal risks and contractual obligations.
- External Liaison: Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, regulators, and Company Secretaries to ensure seamless legal operations.
- Compliance Culture: Support management in legal due diligence and internal compliance reviews.
- Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day corporate legal matters and litigation requirements, including court documentation and replies.
- Statutory Filings: Manage the preparation and filing of ROC forms (e-Forms), annual filings, and event-based filings under the Companies Act,
- 2013.

- Records Maintenance: Maintain and update all legal records, physical and digital agreement files, and case records.
- Meeting Support: Assist in convening Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings
- Strong Professional Background: Company Secretary (minimum 3 years experience) or LLB (minimum 3 years experience).
- Legal Expertise: Proven skills in drafting, vetting, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and MCA/ROC requirements.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong research, problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced polymer distribution industry
