Job Description
Title: Head of Commercial / Business Development
Location: Abu Dhabi (Covering UAE & KSA)
Sector: Property Management, real estate - consulting or advisory.
Salary: AED 65,000 - AED 80,000 + Full Package (Schooling, Bonus / Commission, Flights)
About the Role
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to build and lead a high-impact commercial enablement and business development function across a growing professional services platform in the Middle East.
This is not a traditional marketing or CRM role. The position sits at the heart of revenue, responsible for designing and embedding a repeatable growth model - from opportunity origination through conversion and long-term account expansion.
You will work closely with senior producers, partners, and leadership to professionalise how the firm wins work, grows key clients, and unlocks cross-service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Revenue Enablement
- Design and embed an end-to-end BD and sales lifecycle (origination ? pursuit ? close ? expansion)
- Build structured, repeatable revenue and pursuit processes across the business
- Drive organic growth through cross-sell and upsell frameworks
- Translate commercial strategy into practical playbooks and execution tools
Pursuit Excellence & Pipeline Management
- Own the end-to-end business development pipeline
- Implement tiered pursuit models based on deal size, complexity, and strategic value
- Standardise pitch strategy, win themes, and proposal quality
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and forecast accuracy
Client & Account Development
- Lead account planning for priority and strategic clients
- Support senior producers in expanding wallet share and deepening client relationships
- Act as a senior commercial partner in high-value pursuits and negotiations
CRM, Reporting & Performance
- Own CRM governance, adoption, and data integrity
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making and performance accountability
- Deliver regular reporting on pipeline, wins/losses, and growth trends

- Lead and develop BD / commercial enablement resources
- Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, and operational teams
- Coach senior stakeholders this role is about influence, not junior training
You will bring:
- 10+ years experience in business development, commercial strategy, or revenue leadership
- Background in Property Management, real estate - consulting or advisory.
- Credibility with senior producers, partners, and executives
- Strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Experience building account planning, pursuit strategy, and cross-sell frameworks
