Position Overview
The CMS Service Delivery role is a high-responsibility position within the Service Delivery team, focused on ensuring seamless, accurate, and timely delivery of custody services to the Investment Managers. The role involves strong external & internal engagement and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy along with analytically strong background
Key Responsibilities
• Service Delivery & Client Advocacy: Deliver high-value custody and accounting services, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with evolving client needs. Act as a client advocate, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maximize client satisfaction.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Define and assess the risk environment for the business unit; perform Risk and Control Assessments to minimize risk events. Assist with compliance reviews, controls, and audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor interdepartmental deliveries, highlight and address risks, and ensure seamless processing and accuracy. Liaise with Centers of Excellence (COEs), shared services, and other business units to resolve operational issues. Train and coach colleagues, contribute to performance appraisals, and drive efficiency initiatives (e.g., Lean methodologies).
• Change Management & Reporting: Oversee contract and SLA documentation and execution. Manage change initiatives and ensure key performance reporting is accurate and timely.
• Ensures superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients and ensuring client issues are satisfactorily resolved.
• Proactive identification of client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction.
• Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance, such as resolving, reporting of issues/breaches and suspicious transactions.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict client deadlines and work independently.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; advanced skills preferred.
Qualifications
• 5–7+ years’ experience in Custody & Accounting; strong knowledge of financial instruments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related field.
• Client service experience and MBA/CFA accreditation are advantageous.
• Excellent English language skills.

Work Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: 7:00 – 4:00 IST
