Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will engage in prospecting and networking to identify potential clients, understand their property needs, and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing property transactions, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends to provide informed advice. The role also includes achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property sales processes
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management
- Basic financial and industry analysis capabilities
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages like Arabic is advantageous
- A valid UAE driver's license and knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
