Asset Manager

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and commercial management, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

As Sr. Manager Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving asset performance, improving yields, managing risk, and guiding long-term asset strategies. You will translate portfolio objectives into actionable plans, balancing operational realities with investment goals.

This is not a passive oversight role it is about active value creation, disciplined performance management, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance management of the asset portfolio

  asset strategies to optimise income, utilisation, and long-term value
• Monitor asset performance against financial, operational, and strategic KPIs
• Drive initiatives to improve yield, cost efficiency, and asset lifecycle outcomes
• Partner with commercial, leasing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment
• Lead asset reviews, portfolio analysis, and performance reporting for senior leadership
• Identify asset-level risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations
• Strengthen asset governance, controls, and performance frameworks
• Support investment decisions, repositioning strategies, and portfolio growth initiatives

• Proven leadership experience in asset management, property management, or investment portfolio oversight
• Strong understanding of asset performance drivers, financial metrics, and lifecycle management
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance risk, return, and operational realities
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
