Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions efficiently while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for interviews, offers, and joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring requirements
• Support onboarding and documentation process

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting

• Any Graduate
• 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
