• Ideal incumbent will have overall 5-10 years of experience in IT Hiring and at least 3-5 years of multi facet level key account management and hiring experience with mid / large IT & Software Product Development firms
• Should have atleast 3 years of Client Account Management experience and managing end to end client delivery
• Excellent team management & mentoring skills are a must for this role. Should have managed at least a team of 2-4 members.
• The candidate should have excellent client networking and relationship building skills.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role.
• Good market knowledge is a must for this role.
