Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Banking Domain

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in banking recruitment, especially branch banking roles. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team handling, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for banking roles, primarily Branch Banking positions
  • Handle hiring for roles such as Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, CASA Sales, Credit Officers, Operations, etc.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and HR leaders to understand manpower requirements
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, networking, vendor management)
  • Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT and cost parameters
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and hiring dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes
  • Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

    • 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
    • Mandatory experience in Banking Domain recruitment

    • Strong exposure to Branch Banking hiring
    • Proven experience in team handling and leadership
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
    • Experience working with private banks / NBFCs / financial institutions
    • Exposure to high-volume hiring and vendor management
