JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8+yrs

Work Type: In Office

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for Tango Eyes AI-powered retail analytics solutions in the market. The role requires strong expertise in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise account management, and strategic deal closure. You will work closely with senior retail stakeholders and help expand Tango Eyes presence across large retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end sales for Tango Eyes products.

Identify, engage, and close enterprise retail customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach

Conduct product presentations, demos, and pilot discussions with CXOs, retail heads, and operations leaders

Understand customer business challenges and position Tango Eyes AI and video analytics solutions effectively

Manage key enterprise accounts and develop long-term customer relationships

Work closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to support deal closures

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in B2B IT / SaaS / Enterprise software sales

Strong experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers

Prior exposure to Retail Technology, AI/ML, Video Analytics, or Data Analytics platforms is an added advantage

Proven track record of closing large and complex deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in English and Hindi
