DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller to join our dynamic team working on large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Your Role

As a

• Manage and control all project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
• Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents across project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain document control systems and databases (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore).
• Track document revisions and approvals, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of document control experience
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related
• Skills : Familiarity with document control systems and software. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC documentation practices is a plus.
