Key Account Sales Manager (Abu Dhabi)

Role Summary
We are seeking a structured and commercially focused Key Account Sales Manager to manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new strategic B2B relationships. The role requires strong account ownership, solution selling, and disciplined CRM/reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across products and services, ensuring strong relationships and consistent growth.
- Build and execute account plans to increase revenue, retention, and wallet share.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic accounts aligned with business targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Zoho Bigin (activities, opportunities, forecasts, notes).
- Prepare proposals, quotations/estimates, and client presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with Finance on pricing approvals, invoicing schedules, and payment milestones.
- Support collections follow-ups and ensure timely closure of receivables.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales
- Advanced Zoho Bigin proficiency (CRM discipline is a must).
- Strong MS Office capability (Word/Excel/PPT) for proposals and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style
