Job Description
Role Purpose
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, partners and vendors are well coordinated, and all marketing output stays aligned with sales prioritiesespecially during project launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver project-specific marketing campaigns and launch initiatives.
- Manage media buying schedules, campaign timelines, and key execution milestones.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for outdoor advertising and activations (hoardings, RTA ads, lamp posts, exhibitions, events).
- Own the social media content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance and work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise results.
- Provide quality checks, approvals, and final coordination prior to campaign rollouts.
- Ensure marketing deliverables meet sales requirements, particularly during launch periods.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or premium/luxury brands.
- Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills.
