To underwrite and manage the portfolio in assigned branch/location.
Automation across products
Digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs, new customer preferences
Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customers needs.
Monitoring performance of Solutions
Better TAT
Process Management
Ensure uniform process
Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings ,optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency
Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
Random Process Audits
Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.
Increase Productivity through internal process reviews
