Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. This position
The GTM Territory Operations Analyst is a detailed, adaptable problem-solver responsible for maintaining and actioning Sales territory assignments in partnership with GTM sales strategy, GTM operations and global sales leadership.
This will be a hands-on role and the primary focus of this role will be around Territory Planning, Carving and Global Deployment.
A successful individual in this role thinks critically, logically, and creatively to resolve issues and to develop proactive processes to clear future roadblocks.
This position reports to Sr. Director, GTM Planning & Territory Operations and is designated Flex.
Technical Requirement
1. Territory planning, Carving and Deployment.
2. Global Sales Operations
3. Salesforce (SFDC) using a combination of tools including Python, Snowflake, SQL, Shell scripting, etc.
4. Knowledge on Salesforce, BI Tools (Tableau), DemandTools, Snowflake and Programming (SQL, Python).
5. 5+ years experience with Salesforce.com.
6. 5+ years experience with Snowflake
7. 5+ years with Microsoft Office / GSuite
8. 5+ years (Intermediate/advanced skills) in MS Excel / GSheets (VLOOKUP, Basic Formulas & Pivot Tables a must)
