TEX LINKS specializes in environmentally friendly hot melt PUR lamination, catering to diverse fabric needs for home furnishing, specialized garments, footwear, horse blankets, and medical garments. The company also supplies high-quality raw materials such as PUR adhesives and TPU films and provides turnkey project solutions for setting up hot melt lamination lines. Additionally, TEX LINKS supports the artificial leather industry with splicing tapes and release paper. By collaborating with TEX LINKS, customers benefit from access to cutting-edge technical machinery, reduced lead times, and expert partnerships in textile lamination and technical textiles.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive, located in Delhi, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic market plans, executing sales activities, and creating marketing campaigns to drive brand and product awareness. The individual will identify business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and work on strategic initiatives to grow sales and market presence. Strong communication and collaboration with the internal team will also be essential.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the technical textiles or lamination industry is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other marketing platforms.
