Accountant

TGC Consulting is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The role requires hands-on experience across accounting, payroll, VAT compliance, client billing, financial reporting, and audit coordination, with strong knowledge of UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• End-to-end accounting (AP, AR, GL, journals, bank reconciliations)
• Month-end and year-end closings
• Inter-company accounting and reconciliations

Payroll & WPS

• Payroll processing for internal & outsourced staff
• 
  WPS (SIF file) preparation and submission
• Gratuity, leave, and statutory provisions (UAE Labour Law)

VAT & Compliance

• UAE VAT compliance and return filings
• VAT records, audits, and FTA coordination

Client Billing & Receivables

• Monthly client invoicing and collections follow-up
• Credit notes and client reconciliations

Reporting & Controls

• P&L, balance sheet, aging, and cost reports
• Budgeting support and profitability analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA-qualified or ACCA-part qualified candidates preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, and Labour Law provisions.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
