Through thoughtfully designed workshops and classes, we nurture creativity, storytelling skills, and confident self-expression. We have created over 100 authors so far across 6 countries and 21 cities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Writing Instructor & Brand Manager to work closely with children aged 615, guiding them from imagination to story creation. This

role blends hands-on teaching with brand, collaboration, and operational support. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and energised by working with children and building a purpose-led brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Instruction

- Lead engaging creative writing and story-visualisation workshops for children aged 612

- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and learning styles

- Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for self- expression

- Provide thoughtful feedback to help children refine their ideas and stories

- Collaborate with the team to design curriculum, activities, and learning resources

Brand & Operations

- Support and manage brand collaborations and partnerships

- Assist with administrative and logistical tasks related to classes and programs

- Support and execute in-person events, workshops, and festivals

- Contribute to the overall growth and leadership of The Book Baker brand

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills

- Ability to think on your feet, improvise, and adapt to childrens ideas and energy

- Organised and comfortable managing day-to-day admin tasks

- Interest in brand building, business development, and leadership

- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about nurturing creativity and imagination
