Job Description

    The position is a non-supervisory role within the Digital Marketing team at USP. As the in-house expert on the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), you will play a crucial role in implementing the platform and executing campaigns across various marketing channels integrated with the MAP.
    Your impact at USP will contribute to the organization's public health mission of enhancing access to high-quality, safe medicine and improving global health through public standards and related programs. Additionally, as part of the commitment to employee development, training in inclusive management styles and other competencies will be provided to ensure an engaged and productive work environment.
    Your responsibilities will include collaborating with external consultants, the data strategy team, and the Salesforce CRM team to upgrade from Pardot to Marketo and manage it. You will develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns within the MAP, including email marketing, lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation. Furthermore, you will work with the marketing and sales teams to define and implement marketing automation strategies, improve lead qualification through lead scoring models, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM for lead handoff to sales.
    Other key responsibilities include designing and managing email workflows, conducting A/B testing, personalization, and targeted campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates. You will create and maintain MAP landing pages, forms, and automated follow-up processes to capture leads and manage workflows. Additionally, you will develop dynamic and static lists, segment audiences based on demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data, and continuously monitor and optimize marketing automation processes to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
    Your role will also involve maintaining the Marketing Automation integration with CRM, assisting in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software, defining KPIs, creating detailed campaign performance reports, analyzing campaign performance, providing training and support to internal teams on MAP best practices, and ensuring broad adoption and efficient use of the platform.

    The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, Information Technology, or a related field, with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, preferably Marketo. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, strong data analysis capabilities, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects, and excel in a cross-functional environment are essential. Desired preferences include additional expertise levels, such as 10-12 years of relevant hands-on experience, customer journey experience, understanding of building marketing models, and Marketo certified Expert certification.
