Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Wellness Shop in Jaipur, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's talent acquisition function to support its rapid expansion in the clean beauty and wellness industry. With a focus on combining Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science, The Wellness Shop is committed to delivering high-quality skin, hair, and lifestyle products through online and offline channels.

Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth plans. This includes overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for various business functions such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate operations. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the employer brand, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning by forecasting talent needs, aligning hiring plans with business strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, building candidate pipelines for niche roles, conducting market research for relevant sectors, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing external recruitment partners, enhancing the employer brand through various channels, delivering a superior candidate experience, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing insights to management.

To excel in this role, you should have 7-12 years of talent acquisition experience in sectors such as D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness, with a proven track record of recruiting across diverse functions. Strong familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies is essential, along with outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as an MBA/PGDM, is preferred to support your expertise in talent acquisition.
