Were hiring a Partner Onboarding Executive

This role is crucial to expanding and strengthening ThePetNests partner network.

• Identify and connect with potential service partners across categories (grooming, walking, boarding, training, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end partner onboarding: screening, documentation, compliance, and activation
• Coordinate partner training and ensure alignment with ThePetNest quality standards and SOPs
• Maintain regular communication with partners to address queries and resolve issues quickly
• Ensure onboarding timelines are met, and records are updated accurately
• Support partner retention initiatives and help improve partner experience
• Collaborate with operations and support teams for smooth service fulfillment
• Proven experience in partner onboarding, vendor onboarding, or partner management
• Strong organizational and documentation

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets); onboarding tools are a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Prior experience in pet care/marketplace/service industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
