Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations at our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Handle payments to vendors and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage account finalisation and support statutory and internal audits.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience in account finalisation, GST, and TDS.
• Understanding of Indian accounting standards and audits.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or CA (Inter) / CMA / equivalent qualification.
• Experience in EdTech, education, startup, or fast-growing organizations.
