The Role

Were looking for a founding Account Executive to help build our sales organization from scratch.

This is not a role where everything is already figured out. There is no established playbook yet. Youll help define how we sell, who we target, what messaging works, and how we build pipeline and close enterprise customers.

Youll work directly with the founders to shape the GTM motion while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

If you enjoy building, experimenting, and creating structure in fast-moving environments, this role is for you.

What Youll Do
  • True founding AE opportunity with direct visibility to leadership
  • Ability to help define the sales motion, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Close mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Help define messaging, ICP, and sales process
  • Turn customer feedback into product and market insights
  • Opportunity to work closely with highly technical founders building innovative AI technology
  • Build repeatable outbound and sales playbooks
What Were Looking For
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record closing software deals
  • Strong outbound hunting and pipeline-building skills
  • Experience selling technical or complex solutions preferred
  • Comfortable operating in startup or early-stage environments
  • Builder mindset with high ownership

    Ability to communicate technical products clearly
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies
Bonus Points
  • Experience at early-stage startups
  • Experience selling AI, infrastructure, or technical platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
