GTM Leader (Founding Team)

Our AI teammates can join Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls, speak naturally with sub-second latency, present demos and documents, understand users in real time, and execute workflows across sales, onboarding, recruiting, support, and enterprise operations.

Were hiring a Founding GTM Leader to work directly with the founders and help build our go-to-market engine from scratch.

This is not a traditional sales leadership role inside an established company. There are no predefined playbooks, teams, or systems. Youll help define the GTM strategy, messaging, outbound motion, enterprise sales process, partnerships, and growth initiatives from the ground up.

Youll be involved in everything — customer conversations, demos, positioning, pipeline generation, pilots, enterprise deals, marketing initiatives, and strategic growth decisions.

• Build and scale the GTM motion from 0 → 1
• Drive outbound, enterprise sales, partnerships, and growth initiatives
  
• Own pipeline generation and customer acquisition
• Work directly with founders on messaging, positioning, and pricing
• Run customer calls, demos, pilots, and enterprise discussions
• Turn customer feedback into repeatable GTM playbooks
• Help establish TRUGEN AI as a category leader in AI teammates

• Experience in SaaS, AI, startup GTM, enterprise sales, or growth
• Strong builder mentality with ability to operate in ambiguity
• Comfortable building pipeline and GTM systems from scratch
