Primary Functions
Sales & Business Development of Automotive Lamps in OEM
Manage & Grow the Existing Customer Base (Tier 1 & OE Customers)
Increase Philips share of Business & drive new Business development
Monitoring Receivables
Forecast Accuracy
Handle RFQs& collaborate with Technical &R&D Teams to develop customer specific solutions.
Act as a point of contact between customers & internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
MUST
1. Qualification: BE+ MBA (Mandatory-Regular)
2. Experience: Minimum 7 -10years in the domain
3. Preferred Industry: Automotive lighting & Auto Components
WANT
1. Proficiency of OE Sales
2. Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
3. Able to manage Tier 1& OE Customer base & drive revenue.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities
1. Drive sales & Grow Share in the OEM
2. Drive & develop OE accounts

4. Participate in Tech Days with OEM Customers for long term engagement
