Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site HR Generalist role located in Mumbai. The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

The HR Generalist will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) or a related field

• Ability to maintain employee records accurately
• Understanding of payroll processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: experience with HR software and/or payroll software, knowledge of local labor laws, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
