As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at unifyCX in Mysore, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to customers across various programs. Your responsibilities as an Inbound Voice Customer Service Agent will include capturing and documenting customer complaints professionally, demonstrating active listening, managing complex customer issues efficiently, and maintaining effective call control. You will also be required to utilize multiple tools and systems while interacting with customers, displaying verbal clarity in English and two other supported languages.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must, along with strong customer service skills, active listening abilities, and problem-solving orientation. Prior experience in handling culturally diverse customers and working in a multilingual contact center or customer support environment is preferred.
