Sales Executive - Building Materials And Tools

UCGT is hiring 12 outdoor sales executives to grow revenue. You must hunt, close, and own your accounts end-to-end. You will also assist purchasing by coordinating supply for your own orders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect contractors, sites, workshops, facilities, factories
• Quote, negotiate, and close orders (building materials, tools, hardware, fasteners, MEP consumables, safety, paints, adhesives)
• Coordinate delivery with operations and warehouse
• Secure payments for your accounts (commission paid on collection)
• 
  Assist purchasing for your orders: availability, lead time, alternatives, supplier follow-up

Must Have

• Sales experience in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai (building materials, tools, hardware, MEP, consumables)
• Valid UAE driving license, own transport preferred, daily field visits as needed (sales fuel will be fully reimbursed)
• Self-starter: you generate your own business
• Comfortable with sales targets
• Able to bring active UAE buyer contacts

Compensation

• Base salary with target+ attractive, UNCAPPED commissionfor sales with collections
