Job Description

Role Objective

The Founders Office (operations) will be responsible for owning the overall delivery, growth, and governance of multiple client brands. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, financial discipline, and strong client relationships, while enabling teams to deliver high-quality, integrated brand solutions at scale. This is a leadership role requiring strong decision-making, process ownership, and commercial thinking.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

Operations, Process & Governance

  • Implement and enforce SOPs, workflows, and governance structures to streamline communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Track timelines, turnaround times (TATs), budgets, and deliverables across all assigned brands.
  • Set clear expectations internally and externally to ensure consistent execution quality.
  • Proactively course-correct processes, schedules, or resourcing in case of client escalations or delivery risks.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performance, quality-first team culture rooted in trust, accountability, and specialist expertise.
  • Foster an integrated mindset across creative, strategy, content, and technology teams.
  • Provide guidance, training support, and structure to ensure teams operate with clarity and ownership.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for both clients and internal teams.

Brand Strategy & Business Impact

  • Plan and support the implementation of integrated brand and GTM strategies that drive measurable business value for clients.
  • Ensure all brand activities align with client business objectives, growth goals, and market realities.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clientsnot just a delivery manager.

Financial Ownership & Planning

  • Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for assigned brands, aligned with AOPs and quarterly planning.
  • Track billing, profitability, resource utilization, and cost efficiency across accounts.
  • Work closely with leadership on forecasting, manpower planning, and budget optimization.

Client Growth & Account Mining

  • Develop mechanisms that allow clients to experience the full depth of our service offerings, increasing value per client and long-term engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for:
  • Account mining
  • Upselling and cross-selling services
  • New projects within existing brands
  • Lead contract renewals, scope discussions, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure consistent growth in billings per client.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, strategy, media, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated solutions.
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment across teams working on the same brand or business unit.
  • Remove bottlenecks and enable teams to focus on quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to build, guide, and sustain high-performing teams.
  • Experience in planning and implementing integrated brand, marketing, or digital strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Ability to train teams and implement process improvements, workflows, and corrective action plans.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • KPI tracking and reporting
  • P&L management
  • Manpower and capacity planning
  • Salary budgeting and succession planning
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-first mindset.
