Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor position located in Jaipur. As an Academic Counsellor, your responsibilities include providing guidance and support to students in their educational and career goals, conducting student counseling sessions, and offering career advice in alignment with their aspirations. You will also assist students in selecting appropriate courses, address their academic concerns, and work collaboratively with instructors to ensure a positive learning experience for all. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining student engagement and satisfaction.

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support students effectively
• Expertise in Academic Advising and Education to provide informed recommendations on course selections and academic development

• Strong Communication skills to interact with a diverse range of students, parents, and team members
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities to address concerns and foster a positive learning environment
• Prior experience in a counseling or student support role; familiarity with data analytics or financial education is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field
