• Enthusiasm / Proactive and sharp Communication / Ability to build a connection with Customer / Sharp attitude / Sales Aptitude to handle any Customer query or objection.
• Passionate for Sales, possessing strong convincing skills & turning around the Customer experience to be happy and positive.
• Resilience, ability to listen & tackle any Customer situation patiently.
  
• Keen focus on customer conversions and bookings through strong communication, trust building and customer first approach.
• Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices.
• Possess previous experience in customer facing roles, in consultative product or service selling, preferred candidates with previous experience in a sales/ pre sales role in an Interior Designing company OR experience of working in Retail / Cross industry / store sales + 5 years experience dealing with Indian consumers.

Key Requirements and Roles of Sales Consultant:

• Consulting prospective customers looking for home interiors via call/ in person meetings into high potential clients by high level engagement, building brand trust by sharing UL Home Interiors USPs, understanding their requirements to the granular level details and driving conversions by ensuring Customer books for their Interior fitout with Urban Interiors.
• Identify customers home interior needs and requirements by prospecting and asking the right questions, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  Possess ability to convert 1st customer interactions into bookings by building high rapport over first call with prospective clients, building the brand trust by passing on the right message, brand USPs, product offerings.
• Manage a large number of customer calls and discussions in a timely manner.
• Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
• Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise and contribute to revenue increase.

Previous Experience - Worked previously in a sales role in a B to C organization / Customer interaction / facing role with 3+ years of experience.
