• Preparation/Finalization of Outward/Inward Registers for GST return filing purpose and calculation of liability using maximum Input Credit as per GST Act.- Preparation of all Statutory documents for Sales Tax Assessments and other on-going Notices/Audits at Department level.- To improve and/or develop system / processes (including IT system) for timely and effective management, compliance, reporting relating to indirect tax operations.- To effectively work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, counsels, service providers to ensure 100% compliances.- Finalization of GST return like GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B.- Monthly Books and Return Reconciliation for ensuring the correct accounting of GST.- GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B reconciliation for ensuring correctness of ITC in 3B and GSTR-1 & EWB reconciliation for ensuring correctness of GSTR-1.- Update latest development & changes in Govt Policies, GST rules & regulations related to operation & its sharing with appropriate stake holders.- To ensure maintenance of all statutory records prescribed under Goods and Service Tax Act, i.e Invoices, CN & DN,GST Challans, Return copies etc.
