Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a sales-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience selling PPC and SEO services. This role is focused on new business development, driving revenue through the acquisition of new clients and the closing of digital marketing deals. You will lead commercial conversations with prospective clients, confidently advising on PPC and SEO solutions from a sales perspective. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly client-facing, and proven in closing digital marketing deals.This is an excellent opportunity for a results focused sales professional to play a key role in growing the agency, supported by a strong in house delivery team and an exciting portfolio of digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business revenue by selling SEO and PPC services
Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
Lead sales meetings, pitches, and commercial discussions with prospects
Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate SEO & PPC solutions
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with revenue targets
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in a sales role selling SEO and PPC services
Proven track record of closing digital marketing deals
Experience selling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO solutions
Strong understanding of digital marketing services from a commercial perspective
