Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with clients, and analyze market trends. The role involves leading sales initiatives, creating strategies to meet organizational objectives, negotiating deals with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The selected candidate will also prepare reports and forecasts to achieve and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications

    Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Business development and strategic planning expertise
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client acquisition and retention
  • Analytical thinking and market research abilities
