General Manager - SERVICE DELIEVRY

Position Brief:
We are looking for a Leadership position to anchor Delivery team for a large International F&A (Accounts Payable) portfolio for our DPO business. The position will require Managing a large Accounts Payable Operation in a global multi location GBS set up with strong Focus on Operational Rigor and driving effectiveness, efficiency and experience metrics across the operations.
Focus Area:
- Lead F&A (AP) Service Delivery for a Global Fortune 500 Client with a strong Operational/Quality rigor .

- Ability to work effectively with remote teams hinges on strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
- Anchor Strong relationships with Finance Leadership stakeholders Like Finance Controllers / Procurement Leads
- Management & Accountability of SLAs/KPIs, Business outcomes, Contractual Commitments
- Execution of a data driven Transformation roadmap based on industry benchmarks and best in class technology levers
- Building and developing a highly motived pool of skilled resources with Deep Domain capability.
- Execution of a robust Risk and compliance Framework
- Drive business expansion and Support New business initiatives
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Post Graduate ( Preferably in Accounting / Finance) / CA/CPA/ACA/CIMA/ MBA or equivalent
- 20+ years of Experience (including GBS) in F&A (including Accounts Payable).
- Should have led and delivered multiple major Transformation Projects (including Quality / Six Sigma)
- Experience in Managing large, multi locational F&A Teams preferably >250 resources
- Should be flexible to work in different shifts
