Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs that elevate Our Company brand across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will design carousels, social media content, infographics, dashboards, templates, and brand assets that represent our EdTech ecosystem. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Marketing teams to convert ideas into impactful visuals that drive engagement, trust, and brand identity

What You’ll Do

•       Social Media & Digital Design

•       Create high-quality social creatives: carousels, stories, post layouts, reels covers

•       Design platform-specific assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & Website

•       Build templates for recurring content formats (announcements, ads, updates)

Brand Identity & Marketing Assets •       Design marketing banners, ads, infographics, one-pagers, pitch creatives

•       Create visual assets for product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling

•       Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language—colors, typography, iconography Creative Collaboration

•       Work with the SMM team to convert ideas, scripts, and briefs into clear visuals

 

•       Collaborate with writers, marketers, and product teams to ensure alignment

•       Ideate concepts for campaigns, events, feature launches, and brand narratives Quality & Consistency

•       Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creatives

•       Prepare files for web and social distribution (optimized size & formats)

•       Organize design assets, maintain versioning, and manage design libraries

Continuous Improvement

•       Stay updated on design trends, typography, UI inspirations, and social content styles

•       Experiment with new layouts, color systems, and modern design techniques

•       Bring fresh visual ideas that enhance the brand’s digital presence

What We’re Looking For

•       Core Skills

•       Strong fundamentals in layout, composition, color theory, and typography

•       Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva with advanced skills

•       Ability to convert briefs into clean, modern, scroll-stopping visuals

•       Strong understanding of platform-specific design formats

•       Attention to detail and consistency Professional Qualities

•       Ability to think visually and creatively

•       Good communication skills to discuss ideas and feedback

•       Time management and ability to handle multiple design tasks

•       Ownership and responsibility towards brand quality

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

•       Basic illustration or icon creation

•       Experience designing for SaaS or EdTech brands

•       Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animated posts

•       Knowledge of branding systems and digital style guides

•       Experience designing templates for teams (Figma components /

Canva templates)
