Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a top-tier Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team at VIKST - someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads, thrives in eCommerce, and is obsessed with scaling DTC brands.

This isn't just a run the ads role. We're looking for a growth partner - a strategic mind who understands how to move the revenue needle and guide clients with confidence.

If you already have experience with big budgets, know Meta Ads like the back of your hand, and want to join a team that's aggressively scaling brands across the UAE and GCC - this is your role.

What you'll be working on:

• Lead and scale high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram & Facebook)
• Strategise end-to-end customer journeys - from ad creative to landing pages and LTV
• Audit, optimise, and scale campaigns based on data, not guesswork
• Work closely with our creative specialists and developers to align messaging and performance
• Join client strategy calls
• Offer proactive insights on what moves the needle - not just reports

• Explore scaling opportunities across other platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Google), if relevant

We're looking for someone who:

• Have serious Meta Ads experience (you've spent millions, not thousands)
• Have a proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing
• Speak strategy fluently and are comfortable advising founders and CMOs
• Know how to break down data, isolate bottlenecks, and find scalable wins
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (both spoken and written)
• Love fast-moving teams, direct feedback, and accountability

Bonus points for experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or Google Ads - but Meta Ads mastery is non-negotiable.
