Strategic Planning Manager, Fintech Partnerships

What role you will play in team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for expanding Visa's partnerships within the Fintech sector.

What you will do: Conduct market analysis, identify key partnerships, and develop proposals for new Fintech collaborations that drive growth and innovation within Visa's ecosystem.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Fintech partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Identify and evaluate potential Fintech partners.

  Negotiate and manage partnerships agreements.
• Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning or business development.
• Proven track record of successful partnership development in the Fintech industry.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
