Description
- Executing sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets for AMC and Spares (SOS) business as defined by the Manager.
- Assisting in converting potential customers from guarantee to AMC contracts, ensuring an expanded and loyal customer base.
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Supporting efforts to grow the AMC Total Revenue (TR) by ensuring timely renewals and maintaining continuous customer engagement.
- Assisting in managing cash flow by ensuring timely payment collections and minimizing outstanding balances.
- Monitoring and tracking financial metrics, including outstanding balances, and report discrepancies or potential issues.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth, including acquiring new customers and developing new market segments.
- Supporting the development and execution of sales proposals, tenders, and business opportunities to expand the AMC and Spares business.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AMC sales, such as revenue, retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Preparing regular reports for the Manager, highlighting areas of success, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring acquisition of new customers by identifying potential leads, developing customer proposals, and assisting in negotiations.
- Ensuring timely renewal of existing AMC contracts and assist in implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.
- Collaborating closely with the Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business goals.

- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum Exp
- Minimum of 3-8 years in sales roles, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
Any other relevant information: Experience in AMC sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
