Job Description
Responsibility:
Co-ordinate with Business and different teams during different phases of the project
Implement Compensations rules into SAP Commission using different components
Developing a profound knowledge of the structure and application of commission plans and compensation strategy
Develop understanding of data sources, data flows, payload models, transformation logic
Providing support once project go live and performing enhancement of the product Technical requirements
Technical experience in Application Development , with a focus on Compensation Systems
Good understanding of SAP portfolio and SAP Commissions components
Good understanding of Reporting, Dispute process, Data Integration with SAP Commissions Product Suite
Experience in integrating Commissions with existing Enterprise solutions, on-premises and Cloud

Knowledge of compensation plans and bonuses
Experience working in an Agile environment
Must have great communication skills both written and verbal
Confident and outgoing in approach, good team player / Team Lead
Should be comfortable working with Business team and setting
