Role Objective

Advise high-net-worth investors and convert investment intent into well-matched real estate asset placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with UHNI / HNI investors to understand long-term wealth goals
  • Assess budgets, return expectations and investment timelines
  • Recommend suitable residential and investment-grade projects
  • Coordinate site visits, documentation and transaction closure
  • Maintain investor relationships throughout the placement cycle
  • Ensure accurate updates in CRM and placement pipelines
  • Track market trends, new launches and availability across land, apartments and villa segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in premium or investment real estate sales
  • Exposure to Hyderabad and/or Dubai real estate markets

  • Strong understanding of investor expectations and deal structuring
  • Comfortable interacting with senior investors and decision-makers
  • Consultative approach with high ethical standards
