Support Residential Sales Flooring
The Deputy Manager for Support Residential Sales Flooring is pivotal in expanding market reach and increasing sales opportunities within the residential sector. This role involves leveraging the expertise and customer relationships of external partners to effectively grow the businesss customer base and revenue. The Deputy Manager will work closely with dealers and distributors to achieve sales targets through strategic channel management. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. The role requires a strong understanding of domestic trade, negotiation, and networking skills to influence and drive sales growth. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will utilize SAP and other IT applications to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. A key focus will be on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent relationship management. The role demands a blend of technical know-how, strategic thinking, and a global mindset to navigate the competitive landscape effectively.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the residential flooring sectorbr Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targetsbr Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsbr Negotiate and close agreements with large customers to secure longterm partnershipsbr Monitor and analyze performance metrics suggesting improvements to optimize sales processesbr Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts to guide strategic planningbr Stay uptodate with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed and engagedbr Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products enhancing customer engagementbr Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to stay updated on market trends and challengesbr Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesbr Ensure compliance with sales finance and legal policies and proceduresbr Build an open communication environment for the team fostering collaboration and innovationbr Use SAP and other ITrelated applications to streamline processes and improve efficiencybr Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship management ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyaltybr Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen entrepreneurship and a global mindsetbr Excel in people management focusing on building and managing teams interpersonal relationships and conflict management
